Want a patch test to see if you may have an allergy/ sensitivity to products used?
Service Description
Allergies are very rare, but can happen from time to time. If you think you may be allergic to a product used, you can come in for a patch test which with consist of apply the lifting lotions/ glue to your arm, or 5 eyelash extensions to lashes on both eyes. Note: A patch test does not fully conclude that you are allergic to the product as allergies can come over a period of time and applying a solution to the arm vs the delicate skin of the eye area does not show the full affects. However, if you have a strong allergy, usually this will show in the patch test. Always see a practitioner for allergy based questions if required.
Cancellation Policy
FLUTTER EYES CANCELLATION POLICY ______________________________________________ NOTICE PROVIDED VS FEES: 48+ hours = No fee. | 25-47 hours = 50% of Service Cost Fee. | Less than 24 hours = 100% of Service Cost Fee. ______________________________________________ Note: Flutter Eyes offers an appointment only basis; I am setting aside time specifically for you when you book an appointment. Clients are automatically sent 24 and 48 hour appointment reminders. ___________________________________________ CANCELLATIONS: I understand that unanticipated events happen. If you know you won’t be able to make it to the appointment, please text or email to inform me and I would gladly reschedule you. In my desire to be efficient and fair to all my clients and out of consideration for my time, please kindly give me as much notice as possible & at least 48 hours to avoid all cancellation fee. ___________________________________________ CANCELLATION FEES: There will be no charge for cancellations 48 hours or more prior to your scheduled appointment. Late cancellations/ rescheduling or “no-shows” for any reason will result in a fee of the full-service amount, half of which will be refunded at your rescheduled appointment if 24+ hours of notice is provided. Less than 24 hours notice will result in a fee of 100% of the service cost. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, I will do my best to accommodate you, however you may be rescheduled, at which point this cancellation fee will come into effect. ___________________________________________ These fees will go towards the loss of earnings that cannot be recovered with short or no notice.
